phpgp Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phpgp website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the phpgp Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phpgp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

phpgp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the phpgp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine regulations governing online gambling. phpgp enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phpgp or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phpgp, or an immediate family member of any such person.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phpgp accepts no liability for any losses incurred by a player who has misrepresented their eligibility.

Each individual may register only one account on the phpgp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. phpgp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

You must notify phpgp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phpgp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your phpgp account to any third party.
• phpgp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion.
• All account information must be kept up to date. Changes to personal details must be submitted to the phpgp support team for verification.

phpgp supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your phpgp account are available for wagering purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. phpgp does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phpgp aims to process approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• phpgp reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing review prior to withdrawal.
• phpgp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

phpgp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply across all phpgp promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your phpgp account in Philippine Peso (₱) and cannot be exchanged for cash until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• phpgp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• phpgp reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.

All games available on the phpgp Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. phpgp accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

phpgp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to independent monitoring. All game outcomes on the phpgp Platform are final once confirmed by the system.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phpgp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• phpgp is not liable for any losses resulting from interrupted internet connectivity on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpgp Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phpgp Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpgp staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the phpgp Platform — including but not limited to the phpgp brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phpgp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpgp Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phpgp content without prior written consent.
• Use the phpgp name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any phpgp content or software.

Any unauthorized use of phpgp intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phpgp.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpgp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game content or promotional materials.

phpgp's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phpgp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phpgp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phpgp reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your phpgp account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

phpgp's rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination of your account.

phpgp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpgp will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phpgp Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the phpgp support team to seek an amicable resolution. phpgp is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate regulatory or judicial channels available under Philippine law.
